推荐的徒步线路大致行程如下：
杨堤码头(摆渡)-浪石村渡口(摆渡)-全家州-九马画山-冷水渡口(摆渡)-兴坪
杨堤码头需要摆渡到对岸才能开始徒步，然后到浪石村需要第二次摆渡。之后就一直沿着漓江的堤岸走即可，路况很好，路过全家州以后开始有一段山路。从杨堤走到九马画山大概需2小时。在九马画山最后一次过渡后，可沿着漓江边的堤岸继续走，或上大路坐机动车直接到兴坪。全程共3次摆渡总计30元。

热拉雍仲林寺在日喀则南木林县境内，位于奴马乡玉拉杰桑山脚处，距日喀则市90公里。寺院周围林木环绕，气候宜人，环境幽静。热拉雍仲林寺是西藏四大苯教寺庙之一，由江衮·达瓦坚赞建于公元7世纪藏王松赞干布执政时期。
在参观热拉雍仲林寺之前，我先给大家介绍一下苯教。“苯”作为一种早期高原先民的信仰观，形成年代非常久远。“苯”是指人对于自然万物最初的较为朦胧的认识总和，其核心内容包括“鬼、神、精灵、魂魄、命数、运道”等，一切与精神层面相关的东西。苯教没有独立的教义、典籍、庙堂及系统理论，其观念及内容是通过苯教巫师以占卜、祈祷、咒语、幻术，以及种种特殊的仪轨加以表现。
辛饶米沃且，是苯教的第一位凡间创始人。传说这位祖师是以五色光的形式从天而下，借凡间父母之体受孕而生。辛饶为苯教制定了系统完整的理论和教规，不断建立和完善了相应的经典、庙堂等。为区别于早期的苯，辛饶所创的被称为雍仲苯教。
苯教把宇宙分为三层：最高层是天神居住的地方，住着天神六兄弟和他们的眷属，创世主是天神“什巴”;中层是人居住的地方;下层是神魔鬼怪凶煞居住的区域。为了解决天神、人、魔鬼之间存在的矛盾，就产生了巫师，也就是苯波。所以其神话的固定模式也就是：神界与魔界对立，神终战胜魔。为旅游者所熟知的玛尼堆、风马旗以及望果节等以祭把土地、驱除冰雹、鬼邪等的仪式节庆，都不同程度地带有苯教色彩的特征。
公元10世纪左右，西藏原始宗教苯教与传人西藏的佛教为争夺宗教统治地位，发生了旷日持久的争斗。此后，苯教作为“落败方”并未就此退出雪域，其所敬畏和供奉的山湖神及众多精灵，也仍被不同地区的藏族人所朝拜。藏历新年和“望果节”是藏族最隆重、热闹的两个节日。藏历除夕，人们在自家的大门口用石灰粉画上象征吉祥、永恒的万字符号，相传源于西藏原始宗教苯教。“望果节”是藏民在收割之前预祝农作物丰收的节日，已有1520xx年的历史。“望”意为“田地”，“果”意为“转圈”。这个节日的缘起，是苯教教主根据苯教教义，带农民绕田地转圈，求“天”保佑丰收。
由于历史原因该寺曾被毁坏。目前大经堂已基本按原118根柱子的规模修复。现在我们来到杜康大殿，也就是大经堂，这里面积为800平方米，上下两层，规模宏大，令人费解的是，佛教寺院中的两部大藏经《甘珠尔》和《丹珠尔》也成了这里的重要藏书。大殿两侧有“甘珠尔殿”和“丹珠尔殿”。我们在寺里见到转经人的转经方向和手持转经筒的转轮方向与佛教的方向完全相反，也就是所谓“苯教逆转非佛门之道”之说。
佛殿面积为80平方米，殿内供奉的主要佛像有约8米的铜质鎏金度母(卓玛)、金刚橛普巴佛、苯教祖师顿巴辛饶;约12米高的铜质续金胜利佛、念美·喜饶坚赞、江衮·达瓦坚赞以及用金、银、铜制成的五灵塔、纯金供灯等等。

第二站我们要去的是大榕树。那棵榕树据说有几百岁了，它的枝叶茂盛，树高有几十米，横着又长了几十米，树根和树干都分不清了，有"榕树之王"的称号。去大榕树的路上，我们还路过月亮山，远远看去，月亮的阴晴圆缺显现出来，自然界真是神奇得很。在大榕树风景区出来，我们大家先去小山村吃饭。中午饭后，我们去今天游玩的最后一站，著名的"象鼻山"风景区。为什么叫这个名字呢?是因为那坐山横看像一只大象，
在前面有条山石伸下来，弯成一个洞，像鼻子一样，所以就叫做象鼻山了。我们坐上竹筏，就能进入象的鼻洞，里面还珍藏着桂林的名酒---桂花酒呢!

竹江景区
(群龙戏水)
在前面右侧临水的山壁，有几根悬垂倒挂的钟乳石柱，它们形态嵯峨，形神兼备，仿佛像几条饮江的巨龙，它们的身子，隐藏在山壁内，只有龙头向着水面。第当春夏水涨，龙头便会吐出雨露。传说这几条龙是天帝派它们到漓江边来采集桂花香精的。很久以前这些山坡上长满了桂花，那冲天的香气直贯天宫，引得嫦娥也想偷偷下凡，天帝为之震怒，于是派来了这几条神龙，要把这桂花的香气全部吸尽带回了天宫。谁知道神龙到了这时原形被这里的景色迷住了，它们不仅没有带走人间的桂花，反而引来了天庭的雨露，它们把雨露倾注在崖壁下的潭里，从此这个潭就叫沉香潭。沉香潭的水灌溉了漓江两崖的四方土地，在这片土地上的桂花树枝叶长得更加繁茂了，漓江八月两岸到处都是桂花香，怪不得人们都把这片地方叫桂林呢!
草坪景区
(锣鼓鸳鸯滩)
弯弯曲曲的漓江，有一个湾就有一个滩，有人数了一下，从桂林到阳朔，83公里的水程，共360.5个滩。滩头滩尾水比较浅，漓江从滩头上流过，发出淙淙的响声，这响声仿佛是天宫中的仙乐，听了叫人飘飘欲仙。其实这哪里是仙乐，这是漓江的音乐，请大家看，左岸边有两块大石头，一个像圆鼓，一个像金锣，当地的村民们都叫它们锣鼓石。右岸边两座拔秀的小山柱，仿佛是一对锣锤和鼓棍，大家仔细听，仿佛还有一对鸳鸯在唱歌呢。
杨堤景区
(八仙游江)
右前方，山到了这里突兀而起，云到了这里虚无缥缈，给人以幻境的感觉。这一带山峦叠嶂，气势雄伟，前面一组8个山头，很像我国古代神话传说中的8个仙人，近江边头光光的是铁拐李，旁边的是曹国舅，下面戴帽子的是河仙姑，接下来的是张果老、韩湘子、吕洞宾、蓝采和、钟汉离，正好8个。据说有一天，8位仙人各显神通，飘洋过海，结伴而行，他们来到了漓江边上，看到了美丽的漓江风光，这里碧水青峰，田园似锦，于是他们决定留下来，这个景点取名叫“八仙游江”。
兴坪景区
(溯江鲤鱼)
前边有一个山峰又长又大，横亘在漓江边，整个山形很像鲤鱼，鱼头朝右，鱼尾朝左，鱼嘴跟右边的这座山峰相连，在高高的鱼背上有一组小山峰构成了鱼鳍，真是一条活灵活现的大鲤鱼，那是世界上最大的一条鲤鱼，谁也没有办法称它的重量。那鳍鱼又像一只小哈巴狗，也就是我们通常说的狮子狗，它的头部、眼睛、四肢都很清楚，真是可爱极了。
桂林山水有四大特点：山青、水秀、洞奇、石美，那么漓江除此之外还有瀑布、流泉、险滩、竹林四绝。有人说：漓江不仅仅有这睦，而且还有怪、迷、奇、绝四大特点，那就是古榕之怪，画山之奇，冠岩之迷，半边渡之绝。凡此种.种，不一而足，真是仁者见仁，智者见智。
阳朔景区

碧莲峰上碑文石刻很多，特别是山腰石壁上刻有清代光绪年间一个草书“带”子更是令碧莲生逃。其字形结构意味深长，人称一字诗，竟包含了“一带山河，少年努力”八个字的韵味和笔意。从欣赏这个“带”字，最后我们应该总结漓江的精神就是一个“妙”字，漓江风景的自然美，妙不可言。
